Senior Software Engineer, Public Sector

Overview As a Senior Software Engineer at Scale, you will lead the development of scalable backend systems and orchestrate asynchronous agent fleets to meet federal mission needs. You’ll translate stakeholder requirements into technical solutions and own the end-to-end feature lifecycle on classified networks. You’ll drive the platform roadmap for Federal product offerings and ensure robust ML infrastructure and decision-explanation capabilities. This role blends hands-on engineering with stakeholder leadership to deliver impactful, reliable AI-enabled capabilities.
