Lead Facilitator & Organizational Capability Program Manager

Overview As Lead Facilitator & Organizational Capability Program Manager, you will build scalable workforce enablement across GP&O, acting as Trainer Zero to boost onboarding, readiness, and performance. You’ll create and manage a global Train-the-Trainer network, establishing standards and certification to ensure delivery excellence. You will drive cross-functional, large-scale enablement initiatives and provide executive-ready recommendations for deployment. This role suits a strategic, impact-driven change agent shaping organizational capability globally. Compensation / Benefitshybrid work models (On-site Flex and Virtual Flex)comprehensive benefits package Responsibilities Design and scale GP&O's Train-the-Trainer ecosystem with certification standards and coaching processes Build and sustain a distributed network of facilitators across regions and functions Facilitate onboarding, Business Fundamentals, leadership, and capability-development programs Lead deployment planning, readiness activities, pilots, and continuous improvement Partner with functional leaders, SMEs, Role Communities, and Site Representatives to accelerate knowledge transfer Measure learning effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement Lead large-scale cross-functional enablement initiatives and develop executive-ready deployment strategies Key requirements 7+ years in program management, enablement, learning, operations, or organizational development Exceptional facilitation and presentation skills Experience coaching instructors, facilitators, or leaders Proven ability to lead global programs and influence across organizations Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and organizational change capabilities Experience developing scalable enablement programs is highly desirableexceptional facilitation and presentation skillsexecutive-level communicationstakeholder managementorganizational change capabilitycollaboration across functionsproject management certifications such as PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or PRINCE2
