Organizational Change Management Lead

Overview In this role you drive organizational change management for dormakaba’s transformation and Americas programs, ensuring strong adoption with minimal business disruption. You partner with cross-functional teams to embed change activities into projects, shaping how people adapt to new processes and technologies. You’ll coordinate communications, training, and stakeholder engagement to sustain behavioral change. This role offers impact across a global organization with a focus on scalable change outcomes.
