Senior Software Engineer – Equity Technology

Overview In this role you will design and deliver high-performance equity risk analytics and user-facing applications, partnering with portfolio managers and researchers. You will build scalable services in C#/.NET and Python to support the investment lifecycle, from research to trading and compliance. You will lead technical design discussions, mentor engineers, and drive complex projects from requirements to production. You will work in a fast-paced, cross-functional team focused on accurate, explainable risk calculations and robust performance at scale. Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and deploy high-performance risk analytics services and user-facing apps Own engineering design and implementation of equity factor-risk analytics features with scalability in mind Develop validation, reconciliation, and monitoring frameworks to ensure accurate risk calculations Optimize. NET/C# services for efficiency, memory usage, and parallel processing Lead technical design discussions, mentor engineers, and drive end-to-end delivery from requirements to production support Leverage AI-assisted development tooling to boost productivity while maintaining clean, maintainable code Utilize data platforms such as Snowflake and Click House in analytics workflows Collaborate with portfolio managers, researchers, risk teams, and tech to translate business needs into software solutions Key requirements 8+ years of professional software development experience Degree in Computer Science or closely related field Deep expertise in an object-oriented language (C# or Java)Experience with Python, AWS, MSSQL, Snowflake, Click House Experience with finance, especially equities (strongly preferred)humble team-playerstrong collaboration and mentoring能力ability to lead technical design discussionsC#/.NETPythongRPC
