Overview In this role you partner with senior business leaders to shape and deliver AI, emerging tech, and analytics initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes. You translate strategic priorities into actionable designs, align stakeholders, and oversee end-to-end delivery within a small, high-impact consulting team. Compensation / Benefitsmedical and prescription drugdentalvision 401k retirement planhealth savings accountflexible spending account Responsibilities Partner with business owners and enterprise leaders to define desired outcomes and shape AI, emerging tech, and analytics solutions Lead end-to-end execution of strategic initiatives from problem framing to value realization Facilitate executive-level workshops to drive alignment and prioritization for complex initiatives Translate ambiguous challenges into clear hypotheses and recommendations supported by data and tech capabilities Co-lead cross-functional teams to ensure feasible, well-governed solutions and effective execution Drive measurement of progress and outcomes to ensure delivery against business objectives Communicate strategy and progress to senior leadership through compelling presentations and documents Monitor industry and technology trends to identify new opportunities for impact Apply qualitative and quantitative research methodologies to advise senior leaders on research approach Key requirements Strong foundation in strategy consulting, business analysis, or analytics with experience advising senior leaders on complex initiatives Working knowledge of AI, analytics, and emerging technologies to shape solutions and guide execution (not hands-on engineering)Deep understanding of wealth management/financial services business models and how technology drives growth and client outcomes Proven ability to lead cross-functional delivery and translate strategy into outcomes Understanding of research methodologies (qualitative and quantitative) and knowledge of statisticsstrong communication and executive presentingability to navigate ambiguity and drive consensuscollaboration across cross-functional teamsAI and analytics awarenessemerging technology familiaritydata-driven decision making
