C12 Python Backend Developer

Overview In this hybrid, contract-to-hire role, you will design and implement robust Python-based backend solutions and lead global tech teams. You’ll drive OO programming, mentor developers, and shape system architecture to deploy new products and process improvements. You’ll tackle high-impact problems in data science and ML-enabled applications while ensuring quality through TDD and automated tests. This position blends backend engineering with ML modeling within a financial services context, offering meaningful scope and cross-team collaboration.
