Strategy Manager – Business Transformation & Strategic Initiatives

Overview In this role, you drive high-impact, cross-functional initiatives aligned to Henkel ACA strategy, enabling growth and performance improvements. You’ll provide governance, structure, and accountability to complex programs, translating priorities into actionable plans and measurable outcomes. You will collaborate with senior leaders across functions to ensure adoption and executive-ready recommendations. This opportunity offers exposure to transformation, BI, technology, and potential M&A work within a global consumer goods context. Compensation / Benefits Health insurance from day 1 Flexible & hybrid work policies 401k matching and employee share plan Annual performance bonus Parental leave and family support Tuition reimbursement and skills development Responsibilities Lead cross-functional initiatives aligned to Henkel ACA strategy, transformation, growth and performance priorities Translate complex business needs into clear project plans with owners, milestones and success measures Establish governance, reporting, risk/issue tracking, decision logs and escalation paths Track progress, benefits, and business outcomes; prepare executive updates and decision-support materials Facilitate alignment among senior leaders, sponsors, and functional teams Support M&A, integration, partnership, or growth-related initiatives as needed Coordinate inputs across Commercial, Category, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement, IT and other teams Provide project leadership for PLRs, transformation programs, technology initiatives, BI/reporting, change management and related work Key requirements Approximately 10 years of experience in strategy, consulting, business transformation, project management, or related roles Experience leading high-impact, cross-functional initiatives with senior leaders Strong project management discipline: planning, governance, risk management, executive reporting, benefits tracking Business and financial acumen, ability to support business cases and track outcomes Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills Change management mindset with focus on adoption and sustainable impact Proficiency with project management, reporting, and collaboration toolsPMP certification preferred; demonstrated project management proficiency required Exposure to M&A, integration, corporate development, or strategic growth initiatives is an asset Industry experience in consumer goods, adhesives, manufacturing, distribution, building materials is a plusstrong communicationstakeholder managementinfluencing skillsBI/reportingchange managementprocess improvement
