Senior People Program Manager, Site Expansions

Overview In this role you will lead strategic people-oriented projects for rapid production-site launches, partnering with leadership and cross-functional teams across People, Production, IT, Facilities and Operations. You will drive Day-1 readiness, manage end-to-end execution, and shape scalable processes for facility expansions. Your work blends project management with change management to move initiatives on schedule while keeping end-users in focus.
