Senior Analyst, Editing/Writing

Overview In this role you will craft engaging, brand-aligned copy for WoW Studios to support Whirlpool’s brands. You’ll collaborate with art directors and cross-functional teams to develop concepts and messaging across print, digital, social, experiential, and video. You will translate briefs into clear narratives, ensuring tone, consistency, and impact throughout the customer journey. This onsite role offers a chance to influence campaigns for Kitchen Aid, Whirlpool, Jenn Air, Maytag, and Amana, with a portfolio review as part of the application. Compensation / Benefitsgenerous benefits packageemployee discountfitness & educational reimbursement programskitchenetteson-site campus amenitiesflexible work options (see Responsibilities Partner with art director and creative team to develop innovative copy and messaging for brand challenges Inform creative decisions with business goals, brand foundations, and target audiences Translate briefs into concepts and deliverables across the consumer journey Craft headlines, copy, write-ups, and messaging structures for multiple channels Maintain brand voice and tone across touchpoints and decision journey Support shoot productions and creative reviews to capture and execute storytelling Oversee development of copy assets and story frameworks with editors and production partners Collaborate with PGM, PM, production, and design teams to meet deadlines and brand standards Incorporate feedback to continually refine work to a high standard Manage time and goals independently to drive progress Key requirements High School Diploma or GED3+ years of digital and content creation experience for national or global brands Portfolio showcasing copywriting and storytelling across multiple channels Strong copywriting and editorial skills with experience in social media and storytelling Experience shaping brand perception and growth across digital and in-store campaigns Proficiency in content creation tools, collaborative writing environments, AI copy tools, and presentation software Experience with all production phases and collaboration with internal/external studios and vendors Ability to influence audiences and stakeholders with data-informed presentations Bias for action and constructive feedback culturecollaborationcommunicationinfluencecontent creation toolscollaborative writing environmentsAI copy tools
