Overview
As Senior Partner Programs Manager, you will design and operate scalable programs that activate the Sage Intacct Advisory ecosystem across North America. You will build the repeatable program engine for CPA firms, BPOs, and advisory practices, aligning partnerships with pipeline and revenue objectives. Working closely with cross-functional partners, you’ll convert ideas into measurable engagement and partner growth. This role offers influence over strategy, governance, and execution in a high-potential, B2B SaaS environment. You’ll join a mission-driven team helping advisory partners grow with Sage Intacct.

Responsibilities Develop and improve partner programs for CPA firms, BPOs, fractional CFO firms, and Client Advisory Services practices Create repeatable onboarding, communications, and engagement processes to deliver a consistent partner experience Lead creation, launch, and measurement of industry-led programs across portals, emails, webinars, and events Manage MDF-related activity, reporting, and program requirements Collaborate with Partner Marketing and content teams to enable advisory-focused programs Ensure programs support pipeline development, revenue objectives, and partner growth Oversee budgets, contracts, timelines, vendors, and program reconciliation Coordinate stakeholders and vendors to deliver programs on time and within budget Establish scalable processes and governance to improve efficiency and partner experience Track performance, collect feedback, and implement continuous improvements
Key requirements 5+ years in B2B SaaS partner programs, channel marketing, or indirect channels Experience with software partners, CPA/accounting/advisory firms, BPOs, or similar ecosystems Strong program management capabilities: budget, vendor, timelines, and reporting Understanding of through-partner marketing, MDF, campaigns, lead flow, and engagement Ability to connect program strategy to pipeline, revenue, and growth Cross-functional collaboration with marketing, sales, campaigns, operations, and vendors Clear communication and ability to turn objectives into structured programs Knowledge of accounting/financial software, ERP, or Client Advisory Services is preferredclear communicationcross-functional collaborationproblem solvingprogram managementpartner marketingMDF management
