Director of Program Management

Overview In this role you lead the site’s Program Management function, building and guiding a team of PMs and cross‑functional collaborators to deliver customer contracts. You establish standard work and drive Plexus’ best practices to ensure customer satisfaction and contractual delivery. You partner with stakeholders to refine contracts and manage transfers, NPIs, and regional financial results where applicable. You coach for development and succession to maximize team impact and value. Compensation / Benefitsmedical, dental, and vision insurancepaid time offretirement savingsprofessional developmentwork-life balance perks Responsibilities Lead and develop the site PM team and supporting roles Ensure PMs and cross-functional teams understand and deliver to contractual commitments Influence stakeholders on contract changes and improvements Maintain strong relationships with Market Sectors and customers to ensure service excellence Establish standard work for PM leadership, engagement, and delivery planning Lead and sponsor site customer satisfaction initiatives and metrics Support best-practice adoption and cross-functional improvement efforts Coordinate transfers, transitions, and NPIs with Operations and leadership Oversee regional P&L understanding and coaching where applicable and forecast PM resources Key requirements Bachelor’s Degree with 8+ years of related experience or equivalent Experience leading PM teams and cross-functional collaboration Proven ability to manage contracts and ensure delivery to commitments Strong stakeholder management and customer relationship skills Experience with transfers/NPIs and coordination across sites (where regionally applicable)Ability to forecast department resources and impact on financials Coaching and succession planning experience Knowledge of site-level operations alignment with contracts and programsleadershipstakeholder managementcommunication Program Management Contract management Forecasting and financial planning
