Marketing Assistant

Marketing Assistant Charlotte, NCFull-time | Monday–Friday | 8:30am–5:00pm | On-site Support the Ideas Behind the Brand We’re looking for a Marketing Assistant to provide hands-on support across the marketing team. You’ll help coordinate campaigns, prepare content and materials, organize marketing information, and assist with projects that connect the business with its customers. This role is a good fit for someone who is organized, creative, comfortable learning new tools, and interested in developing practical experience across different areas of marketing. What You’ll Be Involved InAssist with planning and coordinating marketing campaigns Prepare presentations, promotional materials, and other marketing resources Support social media, email, and digital marketing activities Help organize content and maintain marketing calendars Research customers, competitors, and relevant market trends Coordinate information and deadlines with internal teams Assist with promotional events and marketing initiatives Track campaign activities and maintain project documentation Review marketing materials for accuracy and consistency Help organize digital files, content, and marketing resources Support the team with reports, presentations, and routine marketing administration Take on additional project support as marketing priorities develop What We’re Looking For Previous experience in marketing, communications, content, social media, administration, or a related area is preferred, but we’re also open to candidates who have relevant education, project experience, or a strong interest in developing their marketing career.
