Overview As a Product Designer-II at Innovaccer, you own end-to-end design for key features, collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate complex user problems into intuitive experiences. You contribute to and guide design principles, support engineering handoffs, and help scale our design system. Your data- and research-driven approach will shape transformational product changes and improve the patient and provider journey. This role offers the chance to mentor peers, lead smaller projects, and impact Innovaccer’s design at scale. Compensation / Benefits 20 days PTO per yeargenerous parental leavemonetary incentives and recognitionmedical, dental, and vision insurance; company-paid disability and life insuranceoptional perks: legal aid and pet insurance Responsibilities Design and iterate on product features following design principles and guidelines Collaborate with engineering to ensure smooth hand-offs and implementation Identify and document information architecture, personas, and journey maps Partner with product managers to collect user feedback and iteratively improve the product Use data-driven insights to refine the user experience Contribute to maintenance and expansion of the design system for consistency across products Mentor junior designers and guide both technical and soft skills Key requirements 3+ years of product design experience Solid understanding of UX and UI design principles Strong collaboration and communication skills with a user-centric focus Proficiency in Figma or similar tools Experience contributing to design systems Strong eye for interaction design and visual detail at a system levelcollaborationcommunicationproactiveness Figmadesign systemsinformation architecture
