Manager, Vehicle Services Trainer

Overview In this role you lead vehicle operations training across a region or product areas, partnering with curriculum teams to create engaging materials and ensure learning outcomes. You drive best practices in instructor training, measure impact, and collaborate with leaders to align training with business results. You will pilot programs, refine content with learner feedback, and translate culture into training. This position offers a hands-on, influential role in shaping enterprise training programs at Cox Automotive. Compensation / Benefitspaid vacationseven paid holidayspaid wellness daysbereavement leavejury duty leavemilitary leave Responsibilities Develop and deliver training programs for assigned regions/products Collaborate with Curriculum Development to produce online and written materials Work with SMEs to design practical experiences that meet learning outcomes Pilot training initiatives and iterate materials based on feedback Evaluate training effectiveness and impact on performance Consult with business leaders to identify training needs and drive results Establish curriculum standards, policies, and procedures for associates Translate organizational culture into training mechanisms Communicate department performance against goals Build relationships with key business partners Plan and select instructional methodologies (live, self-study, e-learning)Lead large, complex enterprise training programs Key requirementsBA/BS with 6+ years of relevant experience or MS with 4+ years or no degree with 10+ years of experience 5+ years of progressive management experience in professional services or automotive training Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills Proven ability to lead large, complex programs to successful execution Self-directed, energetic, and quality-focused Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities Ability to assess opportunities using data and industry experience Willingness to travel ~25%leadershipinterpersonal skillscommunicationinstructional designtraining program managementcourse material development
