Position: Senior Designer 4 days in office REPORTS TO Creative DirectorLOCATION Glendale, CAFLSA STATUS Exempt - up to 125KDEPARTMENT Creative / MarketingPOSITION OVERVIEWThe Senior Designer works closely with the Creative Director and Senior Creative Manager to develop and execute elevated, cohesive creative across Tacori's digital, social, retail, print, campaign, and brand channels. This is a hands-on role for a designer with a strong point of view and an understanding of luxury, equally comfortable developing a campaign concept, designing a digital experience, or preparing production-ready files. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESBrand & Campaign Creative• Partner closely with the Creative Director and Senior Creative Manager to execute and evolve Tacori's visual identity across all brand touchpoints.• Develop creative for integrated campaigns, product launches, seasonal initiatives, brand storytelling, and events.• Create sophisticated layouts and design systems that balance strong brand storytelling with a jewelry-first approach.• Translate larger creative concepts into cohesive asset suites across multiple formats and channels. Digital, Social & E-Commerce• Design assets across digital, social, e-commerce, email, print, retail, packaging, events, and presentations.• Concept and develop creative for social media, including static, motion, video, and platform-specific content.• Support website and e-commerce creative, including homepage updates, landing pages, collection pages, editorial content, and digital campaigns. Retail, Wholesale & Production• Develop retail and wholesale materials including signage, displays, invitations, event collateral, selling tools, and retailer assets.• Prepare production-ready files and work with printers, fabricators, developers, and external vendors to ensure accurate execution. Photography & Imagery• Work with photography and retouching to ensure imagery meets Tacori's visual standards and jewelry is represented beautifully and accurately. Systems, Collaboration & Craft• Build and maintain templates and scalable design systems that allow the brand to remain consistent across teams.• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Social, E-commerce, Retail, PR, and Product teams.• Help manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of craft and attention to detail.• Stay current on developments in luxury, fashion, jewelry, art, photography, typography, digital design, and culture, bringing relevant inspiration and ideas to the team.• Explore and incorporate emerging creative technologies, including AI-assisted design and image-making tools, where appropriate. QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLSExperience & Education• 5+ years of professional design experience, ideally within luxury, fashion, beauty, jewelry, editorial, or another highly visual consumer brand.• A sophisticated portfolio demonstrating exceptional typography, layout, art direction, and brand design.• Strong understanding of luxury aesthetics and the ability to create work that feels elevated, modern, and culturally relevant.• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and strong working knowledge of Figma and digital design workflows.• Experience designing across both digital and physical environments, with a strong photo-editing, image-compositing, and retouching sensibility.• Experience developing campaign creative and translating a concept across multiple channels, with an understanding of print production, file preparation, color, materials, and finishes.• Strong attention to detail and an exceptionally high bar for craft, with the ability to take creative direction while also bringing thoughtful ideas and solutions to the table.• Familiarity with motion, video editing, and AI image generation, with an interest in experimenting with new approaches to image-making and creative production.
