Learning & Development Data Manager

Overview In this role you will lead data management, reporting and analytics to support learning initiatives. You will manage learning data across LMS and related systems, build dashboards, ensure data quality, and deliver insights that measure training impact and guide improvements. You will collaborate with L&D, HR and business stakeholders to define metrics and support compliance. This position blends data mastery with L&D expertise to drive measurable outcomes and data-driven decisions. Responsibilities Manage learning data across LMS platforms and related systems Develop dashboards and reports to track training completion, engagement and effectiveness Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across learning systems Partner with L&D, HR and stakeholders to define reporting requirements and key metrics Analyze learning trends to support program improvements Support compliance tracking and reporting for required training programs Manage system configurations, integrations, and data feeds for learning platforms Develop standardized reporting templates and automate recurring reports Troubleshoot data discrepancies and reporting issues Support audits and data requests related to learning and training programs Identify opportunities to improve data governance and reporting processes Present learning analytics and performance insights to leadership Key requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Data Analytics, or related field 3+ years of experience in Learning & Development, HR Analytics, or Data Management Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS)Strong data analysis and reporting skills Proficiency in Excel and reporting/BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)Strong attention to detail and data accuracy Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities Stakeholder management Attention to detail Effective communication Learning Management Systems (LMS)Power BITableau
