Training and Curriculum Development Manager

Overview You will design and deliver trainings for adult learners within the Center on Child Wellbeing & Trauma, helping state agencies and partners implement trauma-informed practices. You collaborate with a cross-functional team to develop curricula, assess feedback, and adapt content to evolving objectives. Your work supports improved child wellbeing outcomes through effective training and technical assistance. This role offers impact at scale across Massachusetts with opportunities to shape policy-informed practice. Responsibilities Lead content design for new training and technical assistance projects, outlining curricula per guidance Facilitate in-person and virtual trainings (asynchronous and live)Draft participant surveys and analyze results to identify gaps Coordinate trainings with state agencies and partners, providing project management and content expertise Manage staff work, provide guidance, conduct performance reviews Maintain productive relationships with state agencies and other entities Review research on resilience and trauma-informed systems to adapt curricula and methods Key requirements Experience designing training curricula for adults Knowledge of childhood trauma, resilience, and guiding principles (SAMHSA CCWT)Translate stakeholder needs into clear curricula and materials Excellent facilitation skills for diverse audiences and settings Extensive experience in virtual and asynchronous trainings Ability to lead and supervise staff and ensure deliverables Strong oral and written communication Proficient in Microsoft 365 Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)Ability to work independently and in a team, high productivity with interruptions Ability to travel across Massachusetts for trainings Collaborative mindset Agility/adaptability Data-driven approach Microsoft 365 Suite Articulate 360 Virtual training delivery
