Overview In this role you will lead the FOX News Digital homepage and social media effort, guiding story placement, headlines, and visuals to engage readers with a fast-paced, data-informed approach. You will direct a newsroom team across homepage and social platforms, using metrics and editorial judgment to shape coverage and audience engagement. You’ll manage deadline-driven content for FOX News and FOX Business, driving innovation with AI tools and cross-department collaboration. Compensation / Benefitsmedical/dental/vision 401(k) planpaid time offother benefits per plan documentsequal opportunity employerpay range disclosed Responsibilities Lead a shift-based team of homepage and social editors Curate FOX News and FOX Business homepages, apps, and social channels using metrics and editorial judgment Oversee headline writing, image selection, photo illustration, montage production, and livestream deployment Set daily editorial direction in collaboration with management Collaborate with editors, reporters, and cross-department teams Leverage artificial intelligence tools to boost efficiency and impact Contribute to special projects and strategic discussions Key requirements Newsroom experience with managerial experience Familiarity with the FOX brand and a drive to dominate the news landscape Experience writing and editing on deadline for a major news website Deep knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, X, Instagram, Tik Tok)Photo editing experience; video editing is a plus Strong organizational and time-management skills; high attention to detail Ability to thrive under pressure Leadership and confidence in directing a team Collaborative mindset across departments Social media management across Facebook, X, Instagram, Tik Tok Photo editing Video editing (preferred)
