Responsibilities Lead the Strategic Planning (STRAT) process and refresh long-range (3–5 year) and mid-term (12–18 month) priorities Translate strategic priorities into AOP inputs, initiatives, and measurable outcomes with Finance, Sales, Engineering and Operations Conduct market analysis (mega-trends, SWOT) and portfolio/segment/market analysis to identify growth and risk Analyze TAM, SAM, and TAM targeting; apply 80/20 to optimize focus and ROIProvide strategic recommendations on growth investments, resource allocation, and market expansion Lead go-to-market strategy, pricing collaboration, and launch excellence for new/existing offerings Oversee growth marketing (demand gen, funnel, ABM, lead development) to support sales and customer acquisition Align front-end strategy with NPD and back-end launch execution; drive portfolio strategy and value messaging Mentor and develop strategic/marketing talent; present to executive leadership Foster a data-driven culture and cross-functional influence across Marketing, Product Management, and Sales
Key requirements Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management, Engineering or Business Administration; Master’s degree preferred 8+ years of related experience Strong analytical capability (market analysis, financial acumen, 80/20)Proven ability to influence senior leaders and lead cross-functional initiatives Experience leading STRAT, AOP alignment, and portfolio strategy Excellent written and verbal communication; strong managerial and problem-solving skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and engineering softwareleadership and people developmentstrong communication skillscross-functional collaborationmarket analysisportfolio strategypricing strategy
