Senior AI/ML Engineer

Overview In this role you will design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions that deliver measurable business value within a federated AI COE. You work across data engineering, analytics, and business domains to translate requirements into production-ready models aligned with enterprise standards. You will own end-to-end AI delivery, from concept to production, while ensuring governance, explainability, and maintainability. Compensation / Benefitscompetitive compensationcomprehensive benefits packagewellbeing support Responsibilities Design, build, and deploy ML models for complex business use cases Lead feature engineering, model selection, tuning, and validation Ensure models are scalable, reusable, and aligned to enterprise standards Own end-to-end delivery of AI/ML solutions from concept through production deployment Collaborate with data engineering to integrate models into production pipelines Maintain model lifecycle practices (deployment, monitoring, retraining)Adhere to AI governance, security, and compliance standards Support data pipelines and curated data assets for AI use cases Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in model development and deployment Communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences Contribute to AI use case intake, evaluation, and prioritization processes Key requirements Bachelor/Master/5+ years of software engineering experience (as described)Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries (Scikit-learn, Tensor Flow, PyTorch)Experience with model deployment and MLOps practices Experience with cloud-based AI/ML platforms and data ecosystems Familiarity with enterprise data architectures and distributed data processing Independent delivery of end-to-end AI/ML solutions in production Adherence to enterprise standards, governance, and best practices Effective collaboration across business and technical teams Mentorship and guidance to junior team members Contributes reusable assets and patterns to accelerate AI deliverycross-functional collaborationclear communication to diverse audiencesmentorship and technical leadership Python Scikit-learn Tensor Flow
