Senior Learning & Instruction Consultant- Sales Leadership Facilitator

Overview In this role, you will direct and evolve comprehensive learning programs and leadership development to boost teammate capabilities and business performance. You’ll lead high-impact learning experiences for leaders and executives, shaping programs that drive meaningful behavior change. You’ll manage large-scale initiatives across in-person, virtual, and blended formats, ensuring alignment with objectives and accessibility. Collaborating with senior stakeholders, you’ll identify capability gaps and integrate coaching and development practices to scale impact. Compensation / Benefitsmedicaldentalvisionlife insurancedisability 401k plan','vacation days','sick days','paid holidays Responsibilities Achieve targets for learning and leadership outcomes that affect organizational capability Oversee design, delivery, and continuous improvement of curricula and leadership initiatives Analyze needs and develop innovative solutions to close skill gaps and address priorities Deliver or adapt learning solutions for diverse audiences including executives as needed Partner with internal and external stakeholders to align objectives and impact Manage delivery, implementation, and administration of programs to ensure quality experiences Collaborate with vendors and external partners to maintain quality and alignment Monitor, evaluate, and report on program effectiveness and business impact Maintain documentation and materials for compliance, knowledge management, and improvement Lead or support learning projects with technology integration to improve accessibility and scalability Contribute to development of new programs, materials, and facilitator resources Mentor teammates and ensure adherence to policies and quality expectations Key requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience Minimum of 7 years in learning and development, leadership development, or related fields Advanced knowledge of adult learning, instructional design, and learning effectiveness Strong facilitation, presentation, written communication, and stakeholder management skills across formats Ability to manage complex initiatives, adapt solutions to business needs, and handle confidential information Ability to travel up to 25% as needed For Truist Leadership Institute: master’s degree in Psychology, Organizational Development, Leadership Studies, or related field or equivalent experiencefacilitation excellenceinterpersonal skillsstakeholder management Learning Management Systems (e.g., Success Factors)eLearning development tools (Lectora, Captivate)instructional design methodologies
