About the role

Overview In this role you will own the end-to-end marketing lead lifecycle, aligning marketing, sales, and operations to drive pipeline growth. You will enable scalable processes and clear handoffs that convert leads into revenue across global programs. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to optimize funnel speed, quality, and visibility through data-driven improvements. This position offers the chance to shape how marketing operations support go-to-market strategy and growth at Esri. You’ll be at the center of lifecycle standards, reporting, and playbooks that enable predictable, scalable results. Compensation / Benefitsmedicaldentalvisionlife insurance 401(k) and profit-sharingvacation and holidays Responsibilities Lead end-to-end lead lifecycle strategy and execution, including capture, scoring, routing, qualification, and sales acceptance Ensure a consistent experience from first touch to opportunity creation across programs and regions Define and govern lifecycle standards and marketing–sales handoffs with sales operations and leadership Maintain ownership transitions and shared accountability across teams Monitor lifecycle performance, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous optimization to improve speed-to-lead, conversion, and quality Provide lifecycle visibility and ensure system alignment and scalability with marketing analytics and technology teams Develop and maintain documentation and playbooks to support scalable growth as programs expand Key requirements 8+ years in marketing operations, revenue operations, or related B2B role Experience managing marketing lead lifecycle end to end Partnership experience with sales operations on lead definitions, routing, and pipeline processes Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems Strong analytical skills using lifecycle data to drive improvements Cross-functional collaboration and influence across marketing, sales, and operations Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field Up to ~25% travel; visa sponsorship not availablecollaborationinfluencedata-driven decision makingmarketing automation platformsCRM systemsdata analysis
