Machine Learning Engineer II

Overview As a Machine Learning Engineer II at 7-Eleven, you design, develop, and deploy scalable ML solutions that drive business value from telemetry and other large data sources. You’ll work with cross-functional teams and senior architects to implement data platforms and ML models in cloud-based environments. This role blends data engineering, model development, and MLOps to transform raw data into actionable insights that support digital initiatives and store operations. You’ll contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative culture that values continuous learning and impact. Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and deploy ML models and data-driven solutions from telemetry data Build and optimize scalable data pipelines using Python, PySpark, and Azure technologies Process and analyze large structured and unstructured datasets for analytics and MLCollaborate with data engineers, data scientists, product owners, and stakeholders to translate requirements Develop, evaluate, and tune ML models using appropriate algorithms Implement MLOps for deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management Create visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights to technical and non-technical audiences Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions Key requirements 5+ years delivering big data and ML solutions in enterprise environments Strong Python and PySpark programming Hands-on experience with Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Azure Kubernetes Service, Git, and Azure Dev Ops Experience building, training, validating, and deploying ML models Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, software engineering principles, and distributed computing Experience with large-scale datasets and cloud-native architectures Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillscollaborationownershipcommunication Python PySpark Azure Databricks
