Training Manager

Overview In this role you design and deliver technical and non-technical training for internal staff, ensuring programs meet needs and ISO standards. You work with HR, manufacturing and engineering to certify operators and develop cross-training plans. You will create materials, coordinate with experts, and assess training effectiveness. Compensation / Benefits 401(k)Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Bonus pay Responsibilities Train new hires with minimal assembly experience Cross-train staff to increase flexibility and support OT Training program management Certify operators and collaborate with HR, Mfg and Eng managers Analyze training needs and develop technical training Develop training material including outlines and exercises Coordinate with industry experts for classroom-style training and workshops Schedule training sessions via e-learning platforms Ensure sales training for newly hired employees Evaluate training effectiveness and performance post-session Collect feedback and implement program improvements Collaborate with contractors for specialized training programs Key requirementsBS in Information Technology, Human Resource or related field 3–5 years of experience as Training Specialist or Technical Training Manager Professional Certification in training (preferred)Solid understanding of Six Sigma / LEANStrong knowledge of development and learning practices Proficiency in learning management software Ability to identify organizational training needs Ability to determine the effectiveness of training Knowledge of succession planning and talent management Outstanding oral and written communication skills Leadership and project management skills Interpersonal skillsstrong communicationleadershipcollaboration Six Sigma / LEANlearning management softwareinstructional design
