Training Solutions Specialist

Overview As Learning and Development Specialist, you will implement AI-driven learning solutions, manage the LMS and BAMT technologies, and drive engaging courseware aligned with CAE’s goals. You’ll incubate new learning tech within the CAE ecosystem and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance training for Maintenance Technicians. This role combines technology, pedagogy, and analytics to improve learning outcomes. You’ll shape scalable, engaging programs that support mission readiness and safety. Compensation / Benefits Group Insurance Telemedicine Employee and Family Assistance Program Employee Stock Purchase Plan Group RRSPCAE Pension Plan/Defined Benefit Plan (pension) Responsibilities Implement and manage the LMS platform and BAMT technologies, ensuring uptime and smooth integration Liaise with technology vendors and oversight of LMS deployment and sustainment Lead incubation of new scalable learning technologies and integrate them within the CAE ecosystem Coordinate courseware projects from the GTP team with the MX Courseware & Training Experience Leader to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery Leverage LMS analytics to track learner progress, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement Collaborate with SMEs in operations and other functions to meet launch target dates Key requirements Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Analytics, or similar fields Minimum of 3 years of experience Proficient in Office 365 tools Experience in Gemini Experience with managing timeline-driven projects Excellent analytical ability Strong communication across hierarchical levels Autonomous, rigorous and customer-orientedLMS systems experience (Pelesys)CRM systems experience (Salesforce)AI systems for learning tools, gamification, and digital certification management
