Senior UX Designer, Digital Program

Overview In this role you lead the user experience design for web and mobile solutions that support millions in achieving financial goals. You will drive UX strategy and execution across cross-functional teams to solve large-scale problems and create customer-loved experiences. You’ll shape UX culture, processes, and best practices, applying design thinking and strong collaboration to deliver measurable business impact. Responsibilities Drive UX strategy and execution on complex, program-level initiatives Lead creation of web and mobile solutions with proficiency across user research, interaction design, visual design, and information architecture Foster a user-centered design culture and process improvements across the organization Resolve disparate user and business needs to achieve clarity and alignment among stakeholders Maintain a portfolio demonstrating expertise on large-scale UX problems and thoughtful mobile/web experiences Prototype and scale UX solutions from journey maps to detailed designs Build strong cross-functional relationships across design, business, development, and analytics teams Manage expectations within the team and with clients Utilize qualitative and quantitative analysis to inform design decisions and ensure impact Protect confidential data and ensure proper handling of information Contribute to the organization’s culture aligned with core values Assist with other tasks and projects as assigned Key requirements 10–15 years of experience or equivalent combination of experience and education Portfolio with complex UX problem solving for large-scale web/mobile experiences Exceptional collaboration, creativity, empathy, and passion Strong storytelling and data-driven communication to mobilize initiatives Ability to drive clarity on large, difficult projects Expertise in Design Thinking, Agile, and Lean methodologies Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Adobe, Sketch, InVision, etc.)Deep knowledge of web/mobile UX patterns and emerging technologies Understanding of HTML/CSSExcellent organizational skills and ability to switch between taskscollaborationempathycommunication Design Thinking Agile Lean methodologies
