Overview As Learning & Development Manager for the Sales University, you will craft and drive learning strategies for the USIS sales team, guiding a small team and partnering with multiple functions. You’ll own content quality, governance, and delivery, while managing external vendor partnerships and learning technology. Compensation / Benefitscomprehensive compensation and healthcare packages 401k matchingpaid time offcareer growth through online learning platform with guided tracks Responsibilities Lead and mentor an Instructional Designer, owning end-to-end execution Develop and execute the Sales University training strategy and roadmap aligned with USIS goals Manage design tool renewals, licenses, access, and payments to ensure tooling readiness Collaborate with Product Marketing, HR, and Sales Ops & Enablement to deliver scalable sales training Lead content governance to ensure brand and learner experience standards across materials Oversee external sales skills training vendor relationships, budgets, and ROIAudit vendor offerings and manage learning roadmap alignment and compliance Utilize LMS governance and Workday Learning, with cross-training as needed Track projects in Smartsheet and maintain organized project folders Analyze learning data via Tableau to identify trends and skill gaps Facilitate or co-facilitate training sessions as needed for high impact delivery Key requirements Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field 7+ years in a corporate L&D role, preferably supporting sales 1+ year of formal people leadership Proven vendor and project management experience Proficiency with instructional design tools (Articulate 360, Rise, Storyline, Camtasia) and LMS/project tools (Workday Learning, Smartsheet, Tableau)Strong knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design best practices Leadership and coaching Stakeholder collaboration Change management Articulate 360 Rise Storyline
