Overview In this role you drive enterprise learning strategy and governance at DePuy Synthes, shaping how leadership development and workforce capability scale globally. You will oversee delivery models and vendor partnerships to ensure high‑quality, compliant learning experiences. You’ll partner with senior leaders to identify capability gaps and steer investments that enable business transformation. Compensation / Benefitspension and 401(k) plan participationlong-term incentive programpaid vacation and holidayssick, parental, and caregiver leavevolunteer leavehybrid/remote work options Responsibilities Define and lead the enterprise learning strategy aligned with business priorities Oversee learning delivery models, including internal teams and external vendors Lead vendor strategy, governance, performance management, and contract oversight Establish learning governance, standards, metrics, and reporting for ROIPartner with senior leaders and HR to identify capability gaps and prioritize learning investments Drive innovation, digital enablement, and continuous improvement across learning solutions Lead, develop, and engage learning and vendor management teams Ensure compliance with internal policies, data privacy, and regulatory standards related to learning and vendors Key requirements 12+ years of progressive experience in learning, talent development, or HR leadership roles with senior leadership responsibility Proven experience leading enterprise‑wide learning strategies and large scale operations Expertise in learning vendor strategy, governance, and performance management Strong analytical and financial acumen to assess learning effectiveness and vendor value Experience partnering with executive level stakeholders in complex, matrixed organizations Excellent leadership, communication, and change management skills Leadership Change management Communication Digital learning platforms Learning analytics Vendor management
