Senior / Staff Program Manager, Operations Cost Analytics

Overview In this role you will own the end-to-end cost reduction lifecycle for Zoox’s fleet operations. You’ll analyze operations to identify cost drivers, build visibility tools, and define actionable improvement plans with cross-functional teams. You’ll drive measurable cost impact by translating data into concrete programs and tracking outcomes. Compensation / Benefitspaid time offhealth insurance Zoox Stock Appreciation Rights Amazon RSUslong-term disability insurancelife insurance Responsibilities Analyze current fleet operations to identify and prioritize cost drivers using data as the primary basis for prioritization Define strategy and roadmap for cost reduction and translate into detailed, trackable improvement plans Develop cost-reduction plans with stakeholders across Operations, Engineering, Data Science, Finance, and Product (scope, owners, timelines)Lead problem statements from analysis through resolution, ensuring improvements reflect in cost outcomes Identify gaps in cost visibility and build or specify dashboards/tools for self-serve visibility Develop and maintain KPIs to track cost performance, program progress, and savings impact Collaborate with Finance and Data Science to ensure data accuracy and tie savings to actuals Communicate program status, cost trends, and impact to stakeholders and leadership Key requirements 10+ years of experience in program management, analytics, operations, finance, or management consulting with a track record of cost or efficiency improvements Strong analytical and quantitative skills with ability to work directly with operational and cost data Experience building or specifying dashboards/tools with Data Science or Engineering for visibility into cost data Proven ability to run cross-functional programs from problem identification to measurable results Excellent stakeholder management, written/presentation, and verbal communication skills Self-starter with bias for action in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate ambiguous challenges into structured analysesanalytical mindsetproactive/self-motivatedcross-functional collaborationSQLBI tools (Tableau, Looker)data-driven decision making
