Senior Site Reliability Engineer

Overview As a Senior SRE at iManage, you build middleware and platform guardrails to empower developers to move fast and reliably. You work across teams to reduce customer pain and guide the evolution of a scalable, secure cloud platform. You engage in architectural discussions, champion observability, and lead incident response to improve resilience. Compensation / Benefits Health/Vision/Dental/Life Insurance 401k with company match up to 4%annual performance-based bonusflexible time offwellness days Rethink Care behavioral health platform Responsibilities Automate toil elimination and build self-service capabilities for developers Partner with cross-functional teams to drive reliability and standardization Create a cloud-native, resilient platform that is secure by default Scale Kubernetes-based infrastructure and cloud services Maintain platform services’ freshness and utility Enhance security posture across products Design automation, orchestration, observability, and disaster readiness Participate in production support and on-call rotations; provide senior guidance during incidents Lead incident management and post-incident retrospectives; coach teams in best practices Lead architectural discussions to drive scalable, resilient solutions Key requirements Experience advocating for SRE principles (SLOs vs SLAs) and implementing them Experience with design documents, postmortems, and refactoring code Built automation to reduce operational burden or developed internal SaaS tools Experience in public cloud or hosted datacenter environments (Azure and AKS preferred)Strong collaboration and influence across teams to improve reliability practices Collaborative teamwork Empathy and ability to mentor others Systematic problem solving Azure and AKSKubernetes-based ecosystem Linux server stacks (Ubuntu/Debian)
