Director, Strategy Engagement Lead

Overview In this role you will drive US commercial strategy engagements, translating pillar lead objectives into structured projects and executive-ready recommendations. You will coordinate cross-functional inputs, synthesize market and competitive data, and deliver decision-ready options with clear handoffs. You’ll coach junior teams to maintain executive quality standards and support strategic planning across the US organization. This is a high-impact, cross-functional leadership position that shapes how strategy translates into action within a leading pharma company.
