UX/UI Designer Role Location: New York - Hybrid 3 days onsite Duration: 12 months Rate: DOEU.S. Citizens and those who are authorized to work independently in the United States are encouraged to apply. We are unable to sponsor at this time Job Description Conduct user research to understand user needs, preferences, and behaviors. Translate user insights into actionable design solutions that meet business objectives. Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design concepts and interactions. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and priorities. Iterate on designs based on user feedback and business requirements. Stay up to date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX design. Advocate for the user throughout the design process, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience. Communicate design decisions and rationale effectively to stakeholders and team members. Minimum of 7 years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and GenAI features.
