Overview In this role you design scalable, outcomes-driven learning experiences that support management programs, onboarding, and skills-based training. You collaborate with subject matter experts and partners to turn business needs into engaging content. You’ll work with speed and rigor in a fast-paced environment, leveraging a strong visual sense to elevate Peloton’s learning experiences. Compensation / Benefitsmedical, dental and vision insurancegenerous paid time off 401k and Employee Stock Purchase Plantuition reimbursementpaid parental leavemental health support Responsibilities Lead end-to-end instructional design across eLearning, VILT, microlearning, and blended formats using ADDIE, SAM, and Agile Develop production-quality multimedia content with Articulate 360, Vyond, Adobe Creative Suite, Gemini, and Notebook LMCreate facilitator guides, participant workbooks, slide decks, and digital job aids aligned with Peloton’s brand Collaborate with leadership and subject matter experts to translate objectives into engaging, outcomes-focused content Apply adult learning theory to ensure accessible, impactful learning experiences Coordinate with LMS teams to upload, test, and deploy content Iterate content based on learner feedback and program data Leverage AI and emerging learning technologies to accelerate development Collaborate with Global Talent, Talent Management, and Talent Acquisition to support the full employee lifecycle Contribute to program evaluation and optimize content based on metrics Key requirements 4–6 years in instructional design or related field in corporate or high-growth settings Experience with ADDIE, SAM, or Agile and adult learning theory Proven ability to develop content for all-staff, management, and leadership programs Experience designing for multiple modalities: eLearning, ILT, blended, microlearning, and performance support Proficiency with Articulate 360; experience with Vyond and Adobe Creative Suite strongly preferred Ability to manage full course development life cycles independently Strong written communication with on-brand voice Familiarity with LMS platforms; Seismic a plus Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize, and meet deadlines Collaborative, low-ego attitude to support team memberscollaborativestrong communicationdetail-oriented Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise)Vyond Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, Illustrator, Photoshop)
