Manager, Strategic Alliances

Overview In this role you will manage a portfolio of High Radius partners and advisors, forging connections with executive decision makers in end-customer accounts. You will train partner organizations on High Radius solutions and co-create go-to-market materials. The role demands proactive stakeholder engagement, relationship cultivation, and field-based collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive finance transformation initiatives. You will contribute to the Data-Driven Assessment Tool Kit and help partners apply quick assessments. This position combines strategic alliance management with hands-on execution in a dynamic, onsite-capable role based in Houston with domestic travel. Maintain knowledge of partner go-to-market strategies and target accounts across regions. Identify and connect with executive decision makers within end-customer accounts in the partner portfolio. Train stakeholders at partner organizations on High Radius solutions and co-develop joint GTM materials. Contribute to the Data-Driven Assessment Tool Kit and assist partners in using the toolkit for quick assessments. Key requirements Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field 7 years of experience in a partner or direct sales capacity Strong rapport-building and communication skills, including professional writing and executive-level presentations Ability to multitask, reprioritize, and maintain attention to detail Experience in project management and executing plansrelationship buildingeffective communicationexecutive-level engagementgo-to-market strategy developmenttraining and enablement for partnersdata-driven assessment tooling (Data-Driven Assessment Tool Kit)
