Marketing/pursuit coordinator

Overview In this role you lead and coordinate the full lifecycle of proposals for the regional market, ensuring compliant, high-quality submissions. You will collaborate with technical staff, manage multiple pursuits, and drive on-time delivery in a fast-paced setting. A focus on A/E/C proposal development and strong organizational skills helps you shape compelling content and win opportunities. Compensation / BenefitsESOPcompetitive benefitshybrid work schedule Responsibilities Lead coordination, preparation, and delivery of proposals (SF 330s, qualifications packages, technical proposals, presentations)Manage multiple concurrent pursuits with schedules, deadlines, and compliance tracking Develop pursuit outlines, schedules, and production plans; run kickoff meetings and progress tracking Facilitate pursuit planning meetings (capture, kickoff, reviews)Assist with presentation materials and delivery Collaborate with technical staff/SMEs to craft tailored proposal content Prepare key components (resumes, project descriptions, graphics)Oversee proposal production (editing, formatting, layout in InDesign)Ensure fully compliant, high-quality submissions Maintain CRM data (opportunity tracking, go/no-go decisions) and assist with marketing content libraries Research clients, competitors, and opportunities to support BD efforts Key requirements 2-5 years of A/E/C proposal or marketing experience Strong understanding of public-sector procurement and proposal processes Familiarity with RFP/RFQ requirements and compliance Proficiency with CRM systems, Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Office Bachelor’s degree in marketing (or related field)Strong organizational, time management, and attention to detail Effective cross-team communication and collaboration Positive, team-oriented attitude; proactive in assisting others Adobe InDesign (layout best practices)CRM systems Microsoft Office
