Learning & Development Manager

Overview In this role you will lead enterprise AI learning initiatives and partner with HR, Technology, and business leaders to design, develop, and deliver training that advances AI adoption and workforce readiness. You will drive AI literacy, leadership development, and compliance training as an individual contributor, coordinating cross-functional efforts to scale learning solutions. Focus is on responsible AI use, employee performance, and strategic business impact. This is a pivotal role in shaping how the organization leverages AI in daily work. Responsibilities Lead design, development, and implementation of enterprise learning programs focused on AI enablement, leadership development, and functional training Partner with business leaders, HR, Technology, and subject matter experts to identify capability gaps and create learning solutions aligned with business objectives and AI adoption Design and deliver AI-related learning resources, performance support tools, and curricula for AI literacy, leadership, coaching, and professional skills Monitor AI learning trends, evaluate effectiveness, and propose scalable, cost-efficient solutions Establish metrics and reporting to measure training impact, learner engagement, and AI adoption Support administration and delivery of annual compliance training and other targeted initiatives Lead or participate in cross-functional projects as needed Maintain LMS operations and ensure alignment with strategic priorities Key requirements 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources or Learning & Development in Financial Services preferred Demonstrated curriculum/instructional design, project management, and curriculum management experience Excellent verbal and written communication with a customer service mindset Proven technical writing ability and strong public speaking skills Experience facilitating in-person and virtual training with engaging methodologies Proficient with Articulate 360 Knowledge/experience in LMS implementation and operation Ability to work with ambiguity, handle tight deadlines, and work independently Strong PC skills including MS Office; HRIS knowledge preferred Some travel to Dallas–Fort Worth enterprise locations requiredcustomer service mindseteffective facilitationstakeholder management Articulate 360 Learning Management System (LMS) administrationcurriculum design and instructional design
