Senior Director, Process Excellence

Overview In this role you lead the design and improvement of operating disciplines for Digital Technology & Data to deliver scalable business value. You will partner across DT&D and business teams to simplify processes, establish governance, and embed continuous improvement within transformation programs. You’ll blend process excellence with data-driven decision making and enterprise-wide transformation leadership. This position offers the chance to shape how processes evolve at scale while advancing a culture of continuous improvement. You will work to ensure adoption of standards, cross-functional collaboration, and measurable performance impacts. Compensation / Benefitsdiscretionary incentive award Minnesota Sick and Safe Leavesalary range $135,000.00-230,000.00wellness and benefits vary by location Responsibilities Direct and guide adoption of business process management standards across the organization, incorporating feedback for continual improvement. Set expectations for process modeling, information gathering, workshops, and compliant documentation. Lead process improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and value while reducing waste. Steer data-driven assessments of processes to identify opportunities and apply advanced analytics. Guide design solution quality and workshop facilitation through team development. Own continuous improvement training and certification programs to build organizational capability. Direct adoption of new technologies and automation tools to support process improvement and operational excellence. Foster cross-functional collaboration, ensuring actionable plans and a culture of continuous improvement.
