Service and Parts Specialist- Mandarin Speaking

Position Summary Support daily US service parts operations, including material master maintenance, SAP setup, replenishment planning, purchasing coordination, PO tracking, shipment follow-up, and inventory monitoring. Key Responsibilities Maintain the service parts master list and ensure data accuracy. Maintain accurate and up-to-date material master data in SAP.Review inventory, usage, back orders, open POs, safety stock, and MOQ to develop replenishment plans and forecasts. Submit purchase requests and follow open POs through factory shipment and warehouse receipt. Track shipment status and proactively escalate delays, shortages, and supply risks. Coordinate expedited shipments to support project delivery and service requirements. Monitor inventory availability, RMA backorders, and inbound receiving status. Coordinate with Procurement, factories, warehouses, commissioning/project teams, Finance, and Sales. Prepare regular reports on inventory, backorders, open POs, ETA, and receiving status. Support inventory reconciliation, issue resolution, and continuous process improvement. Preferred Qualifications (Preferred, but Not Required)2+ years of experience in supply chain, purchasing, material planning, inventory control, or service partsSAP, ERP, CRM experience Strong Excel, analytical, communication, and follow-up skills Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities#LI-AL1
