About the role

Overview In this onsite role, you will lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of PRP’s training programs. You will support onboarding, candidate training, and learning content development within the Learning & Development team. You’ll translate information into clear, engaging resources and facilitate sessions to help employees and candidates grow. This position offers hands-on impact across training programs and close collaboration with leaders and SMEs in a fast-paced environment. Compensation / Benefitsmedical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with company matchpaid holidays and vacationgym membership discountcell phone stipendopportunity for internal promotion Responsibilities Facilitate engaging training sessions with practical examples and skill practice Coordinate day-to-day onboarding and classroom training for new hires and refreshers Deliver candidate-training sessions to prepare for presentation-based assessments Create and update training materials, guides, presentations, microlearning, and related resources Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance Document standard operating procedures and process-training materials Schedule, coordinate, and track training activities, rooms, and follow-ups Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), update pages, and audit resources for accuracy Evaluate training effectiveness via feedback and metrics and suggest improvements Support additional L&D initiatives as needed Key requirements Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)At least 5 years in learning and development or related roles Experience facilitating instructor-led training for on-site onboarding or candidate programs (preferred)Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Power Point, Excel)Experience with Word Press (preferred)Experience building and maintaining Share Point sites Ability to create clear training content, job aids, and facilitator guides Strong presentation, facilitation, written communication, and interpersonal skills Solid project management and ability to manage multiple priorities Ability to collaborate with leaders, SMEs, and employees across functions Comfort with LMS, presentation tools, and e-learning/content platforms Openness to feedback and continuous improvement Energetic, approachable facilitation stylestrong communicationcollaborationadaptability Microsoft Office suite Word Press Share Point
