Sr. Transformation Manager

Overview In this role you lead the FSS Academy, shaping its strategy, experience design, and delivery to enable enterprise transformation learning. You translate priorities into scalable, learner-centered programs and partner with L&D and leadership to drive adoption and measurable impact. You’ll focus on AI-enabled learning and digital learning to define the future of FSS capabilities. This position offers cross-functional collaboration, strategic influence, and opportunities to scale learning solutions across McKesson’s Financial Services & Solutions organization. Compensation / Benefitscompetitive compensationannual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities Total Rewards packagebenefits information availableequity considerationsprofessional growth opportunities Responsibilities Own FSS Academy vision, strategy, roadmap, and governance aligned to transformation goals Design end-to-end learning experiences including pathways, programs, and resources Translate transformation priorities into scalable learning solutions and product requirements Lead adoption strategies, partner with L&D to deliver integrated solutions, and manage operations Define success metrics, measure impact, and drive continuous improvement through data and insights Key requirements Experience owning a product/platform/academy through full lifecycle Experience presenting strategies to senior leaders and translating data into priorities Experience with instructional design methodologies and authoring tools (Articulate, Adobe Captivate, Ceros)Experience leveraging AI tools in content development and learning tech, including generative AIExperience leading cross-functional projects in matrixed teams Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and facilitate hybrid collaboration Digital fluency and collaboration Strategic and analytical thinking Strong communication and storytelling Articulate Adobe Captivate Ceros
