Deputy PM / Change Management Consultant

Overview In this role you will support a Department of Homeland Security CX program by coordinating projects, shaping communications, and driving data-driven improvements. You will work with cross-functional teams to design surveys, analyze findings, and develop materials that convey impact. You will facilitate leadership discussions and help refine processes to enhance program effectiveness. This is a mission-driven opportunity to influence federal customer experience initiatives at scale. Compensation / Benefitscomprehensive benefits package Responsibilities Coordinate projects and support project managers, including information gathering and stakeholder liaison Prepare and maintain project documents, agendas, and reports Develop targeted CX program messaging and communications materials Manage clearance processes and ensure brand consistency across materials Design and analyze customer/employee surveys and other data collection methods Facilitate client meetings and presentations to drive improvement opportunities Support business process improvement, including job aids, SOPs, and web-based guidance Coordinate client meetings and workshops and collaborate with contract teams to achieve outcomes Key requirementsDHS fitness determination (TSA EOD/Suitability/Public Trust)Bachelor degree 5–7 years of Federal Government consulting experience with change management/presentation/design Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point skills; Canva/Visio or similar tools a plus Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills Ability to produce high-quality client deliverables and executive briefings Design and facilitate client meetings; drive critical project actions Experience with Share Point sites is a plus Ability to meet tight deadlines and work with cross-functional teamsteam playerexcellent communicationability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders Microsoft Word Excel Power Point
