Manager, Learning & Organizational Development (Bilingual Spanish)

Overview In this role you will partner with business leaders to shape and deliver enterprise-wide leadership and learning initiatives. You will design engaging learning experiences in English and Spanish and lead programs that build leadership, team effectiveness, and talent capabilities. You will measure impact, use feedback to refine offerings, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to scale impact. Compensation / Benefitsmedical coveragevision and dental plans 401(k) with match 24/7 online physician consultationsvirtual mental health resourceslife coaching Responsibilities Serve as an OD partner to advise on team effectiveness and leadership/talent needs Design, facilitate workshops, offsites, and custom engagements aligned to business outcomes Develop and deliver learning experiences for teams and leadership audiences in English and Spanish Lead and manage internal learning and leadership programs (development, content, program management, delivery)Measure learning impact and use data to drive improvements and scalability Collaborate with the L&OD team on cross-functional initiatives and identify new opportunities Manage relationships with vendors, facilitators, and consultants for learning services Key requirements 5-7 years of experience in designing, developing, and delivering learning or leadership programs Bilingual English/Spanish with fluent communication and facilitation Bachelor’s degree; Master’s in Organizational Development or related field strongly preferred Ability to create, adapt, and deliver materials in both English and Spanish Skilled facilitator, presenter, and consultant translating business needs into learning solutions Proven ability to build trusted relationships and influence across levels Self-directed, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in ambiguity Strong analytical judgment with experience using data/feedback to improve outcomes Comfort with AI and emerging tech to enhance L&OD solutions Proficient in Microsoft Office (Power Point) and familiar with assessment tools (DiSC, 360, Hogan, MBTI)facilitationstakeholder managementcross-functional collaboration Microsoft Power Point DiSC360 assessments
