📢 Now Hiring: Learning & Development Specialist – GMP / Biotech 📍 Rockville, MD 20850💰 Pay: $27–$31/hr W2📅 Duration: 17 Weeks🕐 Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM–5:00 PM ET🏢 Onsite – 5 Days/Week⚡ Immediate Availability Required Position Summary:We are seeking a Learning Excellence Specialist to support employee learning, training effectiveness, compliance, and professional development at a Rockville, MD site. Key Responsibilities:• Develop and assign learning objectives, curriculum, and training content• Evaluate training effectiveness using metrics, feedback, and performance data• Maintain accurate training records in accordance with GMP requirements• Manage and administer the Learning Management System (LMS)• Support client and regulatory audits• Manage training vendors and training materials• Optimize training processes and promote continuous learning• Partner with Site Leadership, Corporate Learning, Quality, and SMEs• Support compliance with applicable pharmaceutical/biotech regulations Qualifications:✅ Bachelor's degree in Learning, Education, HR, or related field✅ 3+ years of related learning/training experience✅ Experience with LMS administration✅ Technical writing experience required✅ Knowledge of ADDIE, SAM, Bloom's Taxonomy, and Kirkpatrick Model✅ cGMP pharmaceutical/biotech training experience preferred✅ Familiarity with FDA, EMA, ICH, USP, and EP guidelines✅ Strong project management, facilitation, and communication skills✅ Proficiency with Microsoft Office✅ Ability to work onsite Monday–Friday
