Analytic Facilitator

Overview As Analytic Facilitator, you will design and deliver training on intelligence topics for USCENTCOM, collaborating with civilian and military personnel. You will manage course administration, coordinate Mobile Training Teams, and ensure instructor certifications. You will develop training materials, conduct needs surveys, and schedule offerings for the fiscal year. You will manage enrollments in the LMS and handle security checks for non-USCENTCOM students. You will contribute to kinetic targeting training on collateral damage estimation and related areas. Responsibilities Produce and present training and course instruction for USCENTCOM J2 as instructors Support course administration, instruction, facilitation, and Mobile Training Teams coordination Achieve initial instructor certification and annual recertification Collaborate with U.S. Government civilian and military personnel to create timely training on intelligence topics Create, conduct, and document training needs surveys with 30-day turnaround Research, design, and develop training courseware for steady state and OPTEMPO environments Build annual schedule of course offerings for fiscal year calendar Manage student course enrollment and completion status via Learning Management System Conduct security clearance checks for non-USCENTCOM students and process policy exceptions Create/update course descriptions for catalog and LMSAttend meetings to provide training program updates Provide Kinetic Targeting Instructor support on topics like collateral damage estimation and related systems Key requirements Active In-Scope TS/SCI Clearancecollaborationcoordinationattention to detail Learning Management System (LMS) administrationtraining needs analysiscourseware development
