Job Overview Our client, a high-growth consumer retail company, seeks a Director of Strategy to report directly to the CEO and partner with the executive leadership team on enterprise-wide strategic planning, competitive insights, and board-level communications. This role will drive high-impact initiatives across new product development, international expansion, enterprise strategy, and the company's AI transformation agenda. Responsibilities Partner with executive leadership on enterprise-wide strategic planning. Generate competitive insights to inform strategy and board-level communications. Drive high-impact initiatives in new product development, international expansion, and enterprise strategy. Shape the company's AI transformation agenda. Qualifications 3–5 years of strategy consulting experience. Additional industry experience that complements strategy work. Location Phoenix, AZ (Remote preferred for Eastern or Central time zones; relocation assistance available for Southwest locations).
