Assist customers with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Qualifications:Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Previous customer service experience preferred. Requirements:Bilingual - Spanish required Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain) Life and Health license (must be able to obtain) Compensation: $41,600.00 - $45,760.00 per year About Our Agency Our mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams.
