DevOps Engineering Associate (Digital Assets Platform Support)

Overview As a Dev Ops Engineer on the Technology Research & Innovation team, you will drive delivery and operations of the Web 3 Platform across DTCC. You will establish Dev Sec Ops best practices, automation, observability, and secure deployments to support cross-functional engineering and vendor collaboration. You’ll help design scalable, resilient solutions aligned with security and regulatory standards. Your work will enable production workloads on a secure, stable Web 3 platform that advances DTCC’s mission. Compensation / Benefitscompetitive compensationhealth and life insurancepension/retirement benefits Paid Time Off and family leaveflexible/hybrid work modelon-call support with coverage Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain infra and deployment pipelines for applications Collaborate with engineers, system admins, and team members to deliver reliable solutions Automate processes to improve efficiency and scalability Implement CI/CD processes Provide technical support to development teams Monitor, analyze, and optimize system performance for high availability and security Define and implement monitoring and alerting for incidents Maintain security and regulatory compliance of infrastructure and systems Provide on-call L3-4 support on a rotational basis Develop and maintain system documentation Stay updated on Dev Sec Ops and cybersecurity best practices Key requirements Minimum 4 years’ experience in Infrastructure as Code development (IAC) with Dev Sec Ops pipelines Proven Dev Sec Ops experience or in a similar role Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS)Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent experiencecollaborationproblem-solvingstrong communication Azure DLT Besu Canton Azure services (VMs, VNet, AD, Key Vault, Storage, Functions)CI/CD tooling (Git Hub Actions, Git Lab CI/CD)
