Overview In this role you will drive workforce analytics and planning to optimize labor scheduling and capacity. You will collaborate with HR and business units to translate analytics into strategic recommendations. The position emphasizes strong data analysis, reporting, and judgment to support staffing decisions. You will work with leading workforce management tools and contribute to scalable workforce strategies. Responsibilities Perform workforce analytics, planning and labor scheduling Interact with HR and business units to provide analytics-backed strategic recommendations Leverage workforce management and planning applications to inform decisions Produce professional reports with clear insights using analytical output Collaborate cross-functionally to align staffing with business needs Utilize tools for efficient analysis and reporting (e.g., advanced Excel, Access, Power Point) Key requirements 3+ years of experience in workforce analytics, planning, and scheduling Exceptional analytical, strategic, decision-making and problem-solving skills Strong understanding of labor scheduling purpose and strategy Experience with Workday HCM preferred Proficiency in Advanced Excel, Intermediate Access, Intermediate Power Point Experience with listed planning/analytics toolsstrong communicationcross-functional collaborationdata-driven decision making Workday HCM (preferred)Saba Planning @ Work Ana Plan Workforce capacity planning
