Operations Manager

Overview In this role, you will partner with LCA leadership to drive organizational effectiveness by aligning people, processes, information, and technology. You will establish and improve operating rhythms, governance, and cross-functional collaboration to enable high performance. You’ll lead planning, analytics, and knowledge management initiatives while piloting AI-enabled workflows to boost productivity. Compensation / Benefitsgreat Team and culturecompetitive salary and benefits packageinclusion and colleague wellbeing initiativesglobal impact through sustainable infrastructurehybrid work options (#LI-HYBRID)opportunity to shape enterprise-wide processes and technology Responsibilities Coordinate development, monitoring, and execution of LCA’s annual objectives and long-term strategy in line with enterprise priorities Support regular LCA business reviews with agendas and materials to drive accountability and transparency Create executive-ready dashboards, metrics, and planning materials for leadership decision-making Establish and improve operating rhythms, governance, and management processes across LCAAdapt to changing priorities and implement action plans for continuous improvement Understand goals and interdependencies across LCA to enhance cross-functional collaboration and efficiency Facilitate cross-functional discussions to resolve challenges and align on context and solutions Partner with department leaders and HR Business Partner on operational initiatives and training Identify and drive continuous process improvements to enhance collaboration and efficiency Develop and maintain knowledge management solutions, oversee LCA tech stack, and build a knowledge center for insights across Bentley Key requirements 10+ years in business operations, management consulting, transformation, strategy, or related fields Proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives and managing senior stakeholders Experience designing operational processes, governance, planning, and performance management frameworks Experience with technology-enabled business improvements; Lean/Six Sigma or equivalent preferred Strong strategic thinking and systems thinking abilities Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills Ability to manage multiple projects autonomously in a high-visibility role Experience identifying, procuring, developing, and implementing technology and AI solutions Strategic thinking Communication and relationship building Project management Technology-enabled business improvementAI enablement and copilots/tools Knowledge management platforms and dashboards
