Software Developer- Client Services (Buy Side)

Overview In this role, you will develop and implement integrated Flex Trade product solutions, primarily using C++ on Unix. You’ll work closely with Client Services to address complex technical issues and contribute ideas based on client feedback. You will gain exposure across the full product lifecycle and mentor junior team members, adding visibility across teams. This is a hands-on position in a collaborative, ambitious environment that values ownership and continuous improvement. Responsibilities Develop and implement integrated Flex Trade product solutionsC++ programming on Unix environments with advanced technologies Propose product ideas grounded in client experience Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues independently Engage in the full product lifecycle development Mentor and guide junior team members and interns Key requirements Strong proficiency in C++ on Linux/Unix Data structures, multithreading and problem-solving abilities Knowledge of C++17 and C++20 standards is appreciated Familiar with OS concepts and basic database skills Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering and/or related discipline Excellent communication skills with a learning mindset Excellent communication Willingness to learn and grow Mentoring and collaborationC++ (C++17/20)Linux/Unix Data structures
